Seapines Pipeline Improvements: construction updates

Repaving areas

Areas affected: plantation drive-from baynard park road to Lighthouse road

Repaving construction of these areas is expected to begin in February with a 1-week completion time, weather permitting.

Pipe installation is proposed to begin mid-late January

Pipeline installation: heritage farms area

areas affected: starting at lawton stables side of grenwood drive and working towards heritage farms

Crews are expected to mobilize the second week of January with a 5-week expected time frame.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Portions of the roads in the affected areas may be partially closed during construction,

but will remain open for local traffic

Hours of construction: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
